VILLAGE HALL

The Brooklands Village Hall is managed by the club on behalf of the club and the parish council. It is disability friendly with no steps.

It is an ideal venue for Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Corporate Functions, Conferencing etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

The hall is available for hire on an hourly, daily, weekly or longer basis and our rates are very competitive. Kitchen facilities are included.

 

Weekday & Weekend hourly rates are typically £15 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours, after that a flat rate of £150 per day, Bar staff and cleaners are available at extra cost. Discounts may be available for registered charities and regular users.

 

Bar facilities are provided in the hall by the adjoining Sutton and District Royal British Legion Club Ltd.  Sorry no 18th, 19th or 20th birthday parties.

The room can accommodate 200 seated lecture style, 150 comfortably seated reception style or 250 dancing including 90 seated around the dance floor.

Note:- Only 90 chairs are currently available, the capacity is there for more but at hirers own expense. Three patio doors open onto a paved terrace overlooking the outdoor bowling green.
